Balloon Dining returns from Wednesday 20th May, reimagined as Beaverbrook's Balloons in Bloom, with a new evocative design by Summerill & Bishop soon to be unveiled.
This year, we invite guests into a romantic, immersive celebration of the British summer, where Beaverbrook’s landscape is in full, abundant bloom. Set within The Italian Gardens at The House, six stationary balloons are transformed into enchanting garden sanctuaries, offering a dining experience that feels both elevated and deeply connected to nature.
Flame & Flavour
Dine beneath open skies with a menu thoughtfully curated by Beaverbrook’s Executive Development Chef, Wojciech Popow.
In your balloon for up to four, enjoy refreshing cocktails inspired by Beaverbrook’s blooming gardens, then delight in a four-course journey through Japanese flavours: a Tartar Platter, Seasonal Salad, an immersive open-flame Yakiniku Barbecue, and a spectacular Origami Matcha Pudding.

Age Policy: Guests over 13 years and above are welcome. A children’s menu is not offered.
Dress Code: Smart casual attire.
Dogs: Well-behaved dogs on a lead are welcome to join you.
Menus: Guests may choose from one of the three curated menus. Each menu includes a welcome cocktail or mocktail and a five-course Japanese menu with an immersive yakiniku barbecue at its centre.
Additional Notes: Our Balloon Dining experience is designed to be enjoyed whilst stationary on the ground, offering all the magic of the setting without the balloon ascending.

Terms & Conditions
Dietary requirements and menu choices should be given at the time of booking. If you have not yet decided your menu, please contact our Reservations Team (reservations@beaverbrook.co.uk) or add your preferred choices to your booking notes at least 5 days ahead of your visit. If you’re making a reservation within the 5-day period, choices must be selected at the time of booking.
Weather Policy: In the event of adverse weather conditions, our team will be in touch on the day to reschedule your booking. Should you not hear from us, kindly assume the experience will proceed as planned. Please note that reservations can’t be changed or cancelled within 48 hours due to personal weather preferences.
Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking date,or no-shows, will incur a charge of 100% of the menu price per person. Reservations made within a 48 hour period cannot be changed or cancelled.
A discretionary 13.5% service charge will be added to your bill.

Enjoy lunch or dinner within beautifully styled hot air balloons in The Italian Gardens, with a welcome drink and five-course Japanese menu. Complimentary in-room bubbles completes the experience.

Food & beverage will be subject to a discretionary 13.5% service charge on the day. Accommodation will be subject to a discretionary 5% service charge upon check-out. This package can be cancelled if at least 72 hours before arrival.
