Daily Practices Guided by Ancient Tibetan Wisdom

This September, we are honoured to welcome Master Geshe YongDong (Geshela) - a revered Tibetan Bön lama - for an exclusive five-day spiritual residency devoted to ancient practices for clarity, peace, and deep inner renewal.

Held within the serene grounds of The Estate, Geshela will lead dedicated workshops offering a harmonious rhythm of traditional Tibetan practices. Expect daily sessions of breathwork, mantra, meditative movement, and energy healing - all designed to restore balance and reconnect you with your inner self.

This is a rare opportunity to learn directly from one of the few living masters of this ancient Himalayan tradition still teaching in the West.

The Makings of Mastery

Geshe YongDong Losar (Geshela) became a Buddhist monk at the age of 13, taking his vows at the esteemed Nangzhig Bönpo Monastery in Tibet. He has since devoted over three decades to study, practice, and global teaching. Now one of the few qualified Bön spiritual masters living in the West, Geshela brings profound wisdom, depth, and warmth to this one-of-a-kind residency at Beaverbrook - offering guests a rare opportunity to engage with ancient Himalayan teachings through a contemporary lens of compassion, clarity, and deep humility.
