ROOM BOOKINGS

Room Guarantee

All bookings require a deposit totalling 100% of the stay, at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. A payment link will be sent to you, valid for 24 hours. Should we not receive payment, your reservation will be released.

All outstanding charges are to be settled on departure.

On arrival, guests will be requested to present the credit card they intend using to settle their account. The credit card will be pre-authorised for the amount of the total anticipated cost for accommodation during the stay.

 

Your Stay

Upon departure, your room keys must be returned to reception. A replacement fee of £60 will be charged for any lost or unreturned keys.

Please be advised that late check-out may be subject to additional fees.

Breakfast is included exclusively in the restaurant designated for your chosen building. Should you wish to enjoy breakfast at a different venue, please note that a reservation is required, and charges will apply according to the À La Carte menu.

 

Room Cancellations

If you cancel or amend your reservation within 72 hours of your check-in time (3:00 pm on the day of arrival), the cancellation fees applied will be equal to 100% of the total of your stay or the number of nights cancelled.

If you cancel your reservation more than 72 hours prior to your check-in time (3:00 pm on the day of arrival) your deposit is fully refundable, and no cancellation fees are applied.

Please note that non-refundable or advance purchase rates are non-refundable: cancellations will incur a fee equal to 100% of the total of your stay.  Reschedules are not permitted and will be classed as a cancellation, with the full cancellation fee applied.

 

RESTAURANT BOOKINGS

Deposits

Bookings for tables of 8 or more guests, in any of our restaurants, are classed as Events and will require a pre-arranged deposit to confirm the reservation.

Special events, such as Christmas Day, New Years Eve and other certain dates, will require a deposit for all guests.  This will be communicated at the time of booking.

 

Cancellations
you may cancel your reservation without charge up to 48 hours prior to your arrival.  You will be charged the following price per person for all cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or if you cancel without any prior notification.

Breakfast reservations: £20 per person

Lunch & Dinner reservations: £50 per person

Special dining experiences, such as The Garden House Garden Table, Balloon Dining, Picnics and more, will incur different cancellation policies that will be communicated at the time of booking.

 

Children

Children are welcome to dine at any time at The Garden House Restaurant and The Pizzeria at The Deli and Mrs Beeton's Restaurant at The Village.

In The Dining Room, children are welcome to dine until 7:00 pm.

Sir Frank's Bar at The House welcomes children until 6:00 pm.

Please let the team know about any high chair or menu requirements, in advance.

Children, aged 12 years and under

 

Allergies

Every care is taken to avoid any cross contamination from allergens during preparation of food. We do however, work in kitchens that process allergenic ingredients and we do not have a specific allergen free zone or dedicated fryers. We are not a nut free establishment: nuts form part of our menus and are offered freely through the restaurant and bars.

If you have any specific allergies or concerns, please let us know in advance or during your visit.

The Coach House Spa

Any bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the booking time will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the total treatment/session fee.

 

Beaverbrook Activities

Any bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the booking time will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the total fee.

 

Dogs/Pets

Dogs are warmly welcome at Beaverbrook and may be accommodated with their owners in specially appointed bedrooms. They must be kept on a lead when walking around the estate and we ask you to pick-up your dog’s poo.

If you do bring a four-legged friend to the estate, they may accompany you to dining at The Garden House and Mrs Beeton's Restaurant, where the table will be allocated in a special area of the restaurant.

Dogs are not permitted in any other restaurant, bar, or spa facility, and they remain your responsibility whilst on the estate.  Please make sure that they are well behaved!

 

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any of our buildings.

If you choose to smoke in your bedroom, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning surcharge upon or after your departure and additional charges will be incurred.

 

Mobile Phones

We kindly request that you refrain from using mobile phones while in the restaurants.

 

Personal Property

Beaverbrook accepts no liability for any damage to or any loss of guests’ personal property.

 

Driving on the Estate

With everyone’s safety in mind, please make sure that you observe our 20mph speed limit, which is reduced to 10mph where there are speed bumps at crossing points, junctions etc., when driving through our grounds.

In the public areas of Beaverbrook, and some staff areas, CCTV is in operation and video recordings may be made. This activity is carried out for security and safety reasons for the better management of Beaverbrook, and for the security of its clients and team.

 

Photography and Filming

All photography or filming MUST be pre-authorised by a member of the Beaverbrook Executive team. No photography or filming may take place in any area of Beaverbrook under any circumstances without the assigned Hotel representative.

Members of Beaverbrook staff and Beaverbrook uniforms or part thereof will not be used in the photography or filming and no team role will be impersonated for the purposes of the photography or filming. Use of the Beaverbrook brand name, commercial photography, Beaverbrook images and logo including trademarks or trade names requires the prior written consent of Beaverbrook. We will take appropriate legal action to restrain any misuse or unauthorised usage of Beaverbrook collateral listed above.
