Sophie Benge

Sophie is internationally renowned for her Meditation in Touch massage treatment for women-only, which she offers at five star spas from Europe to Asia. Her unique approach aims to connect her clients with their innate feminine nature in a sensorial journey of physical and emotional release. She moves slowly, deeply and sensitively around your abdomen, up through your heart space, neck, shoulders, face and head to open, dissolve tension and restore energy flows.

Having worked in the international wellness arena for 26 years, Sophie believes that it’s all too easy for us women to live predominantly in our heads and disconnect from our quiet places of feminine peace and power that lie in our belly and heart. While she travels with flowing movements, she’s intuitively drawn to linger where your body wants to be ‘heard’. Her loving touch is intended to offer you a little window to relax and return ‘home’.
