To celebrate five years of balloon dining at Beaverbrook, this year, ‘Fanning the Flame’ marries Summerill & Bishop’s evocative Marble Fan design with our signature open-flame Japanese Yakiniku Barbecue. A celebration of fire, flavour, and cherished moments under the summer skies in your very own hot air balloon.

Dine beneath open skies with a menu thoughtfully curated by Beaverbrook’s Executive Development Chef, Wojciech Popow.
In your balloon for up to four, enjoy a welcome cocktail by local distillers Silent Pool Gin or a mocktail, then delight in a four-course Japanese gastronomic adventure by Executive Chef Wojciech Popow: a Sushi and Sashimi Platter, Seasonal Salads, an immersive open-flame Yakiniku Barbecue, and spectacular 'The Clouds' pudding.

Terms & Conditions
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the cost per person. Menu choices and any allergies must be stated at the time of booking to ensure requests can be accommodated. In the case of inclement weather, the restaurant manager will be in touch to discuss options with your booking.
- Dress code: we welcome a smart casual dress code for our Balloon Dining experience.
- Menu Selection: please specify your menu choice and dietary requirements for each guest in the Comments box when booking online.
An Artist's Touch
Summerill and Bishop's evocative marble fan collection brings the Italian Gardens to life with a swirling design in soft pinks, greens and yellows that nods to centuries-old marbling techniques. Inspired by the beauty of handmade Italian paper, it brings a fresh, painterly feel to our beloved balloon dining experience.
Table scaping for each of the six balloons will feature Summerill and Bishop designs and homeware items and demonstrates their founding concept that table laying is an art form that can be mastered by all, no matter how big or small the occasion!

Join us for an overnight stay and unique dining experience in our stunning hot air balloons, using a design by luxury table dressers Summerill and Bishop.
The perfect excuse for a romantic night away to the countryside, start your stay with a bottle of bubbles to sip on in-room, before making your way to The Italian Gardens for a tasteful experience in our static hot air balloons.

Available for stays from Wednesday to Sunday. Valid for bookings from 12th June to 22nd September 2024. Subject to availability. Bookings are required to be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
A credit card is required for guarantee purposes only and will not be charged until 3 days prior to your arrival. Please note that any cancellations or changes within 72 hours of your booking will be subject to a charge equivalent to 100% of the booking price.
Children over 13 years only for the balloon dining experience - no children's menu. Pescatarian and Vegetarian menus available - dietary requirements are required no later than 48 hours in advance of Balloon Dining reservation. Balloon dining experience available for lunch or dinner, covering the standard menu, vegetarian or pescatarian menu. Beverages not included in the menu and will be charged in addition. Discretionary service charge for the Balloon Dining experience, of 12.5% will be applied, in addition to a discretionary 5% accommodation service charge.
