Group Breath Technique Session – 12 pm to 1:30 pm
- Principles of correct breathing for everyday life: managing tension and stress
- Breath holding techniques for respiratory fitness and health
Guided Ice Bath Session – 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
- Ice breathing technique session
- Guided 6-minute ice bath
