Fitness at The Coach House

Located on the first floor of The Coach House, the Gym looks out onto the Surrey countryside through large windows. We have installed state-of-the-art equipment to complement various exercise regimes. Additionally, our Studio space hosts a number of classes for our guests to enjoy.

  • THE GYM

    The gym, a large light space on the first floor, is set up for cardio training, resistance, free weights and stretching. We have the latest Technogym Artis range of equipment including 12 cardio machines, 7 resistance machines, free weights and a stretching area. One-on-one personal training is also offered.

  • DYNAMIC MOVEMENT

    All our bodies are aligned differently, each requiring different routes to reach physical potential. With postural analysis, personal training and guided stretching, discover your journey to optimum fitness.

  • PERSONAL TRAINING

    Power stretch is beneficial for those who practice regular sport as it can help boost range and mobility. It can also increase general suppleness. One-on-one or group sessions for training or power stretch can be arranged.

  • THE STUDIO

    We hold a range of group classes in our Studio, including Yoga, Meditation, Mobility and more. Further details can be found online or by asking at reception.

SIGNATURE POSTURAL ANALYSIS

Postural Assessment is suitable for everyone, from the desk-bound executive to the champion triathlete. The assessment recognises that each person’s body is unique, and each person’s choice of physical regime will be different. The aim of the assessment is to ensure that informed and intelligent options are passed to you about how you can take care of your body, and how you can choose an appropriate exercise programme that will most benefit your body and improve your lifestyle.

The programme begins with a Signature Postural Assessment which evaluates body movement with emphasis on the shoulders, spine, pelvis and hips, discusses personal physical history and current fitness goals, and objectively analyses postural alignment. The Assessment culminates in a report that outlines a wellness programme specifically designed for each client’s needs.
