Our School of Cookery is an intimate, personal and above all, enjoyable learning experience where you can master your cookery skills under the guidance of our esteemed Head Chefs.

There are a variety of courses available for people of all skill levels, including classes specifically designed for children.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Throughout the year, our School of Cookery offers a number of workshops for you to enjoy. Lasting between 1.5-3 hours, these diverse classes are designed to be informative and fun for aspiring cooks of all experience levels.

Taiji Maruyama, Head Chef at our Japanese Grill, will be teaching Masterclasses on Japanese cuisine, including entertaining Sushi classes for children.

While Kaz Suzuki, Head Chef at The Garden House will be running a diverse selection of classes, including learning the tricks to perfecting BBQ and Italian food.
